Born and raised in Malaysia with international culinary experience, Executive Chef Dickson Fung overseas the culinary operations of Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore’s in-house dining establishments – SE7ENTH and The Bar, as well as in-room dining services and The Oakwood Executive Club. With more than 13 years of industry experience assuming culinary roles in prestigious hotels and having worked with a number of high profile F&B talents, Chef Dickson is passionate about good quality produce and premium service, and enjoys being able to inject vibrancy and variety into his culinary offerings. Chef Dickson plays an active role in Singapore’s F&B events scene, having been involved in catering projects with the Formula One and Singapore Air Show, and volunteering with the ‘Willing Hearts’ food kitchen.
